Chlorhexidine 4% Shampoo For Dogs, Cats & Horses, 8 oz.

Chlorhexidine Gluconate 4% is an antiseptic shampoo combining surface-active penetrating agents and emollients for optimal therapeutic effectiveness.  Indicated for dermatological conditions where an antiseptic, cleansing and deodorizing formulation may be beneficial.  Provides antiseptic and antimicrobial protection against microorganisms, including gram positive and gram negative bacteria.  Chlorhexidine 4% shampoo binds to the skin's protein for longer lasting protection and it's efficacy is not compromised by presence of organic matter, such as blood.  Deep cleansing shampoo that's gentle for routine use.

Directions:  Wet coat thoroughly.  Apply and lather shampoo over the entire body, allowing for 5 to 10 minutes of contact time.  Rinse completely with water.  Repeat procedure if necessary.

Precautions:  For topical use only on dogs, cats and horses.  Avoid contact with eyes.  Do not use in ears of any animal.  Keep out of reach of children.  Store at room temperature.  If irritation develops, discontinue and contact your veterinarian.
